Courses and Units of Study with an eLearning component

Online coursework in the faculty is usually delivered through either the University WebCT system or through the faculty's own research-supportive Learning Management System - LrnLab. Some course units have their own discrete website which are separate from these platforms.

Log in to WebCT - The majority of University online coursework is delivered through WebCT, the University's centrally supported learning management system.

Log in to LearnLab - As educational researchers as well as teachers, it is common for information collected from the courses we teach to contribute to our research and practice. In those cases where a research project requires that online course data be collected (this is generally not possible with the University central system), then the faculty uses its own research-supportive learning management system, called LearnLab. LearnLab supports synchronous and asynchronous online learning (chat, forums, shared whiteboards, wikis, etc.), and more importantly, allows the activity information collected by these tools to be stored and analysed for research purposes. The Master of Learning Science and Technology program is delivered flexibly through LearnLab and contributes to our ongoing research in technology-supported learning.
