The two degrees are completed in five years but it is possible to exit the course at the end of Year 3 with a Bachelor of Science only. Students electing to exit early with a Bachelor of Science must provide notification in writing at the end of Year 2 and submit this notification separately to the Faculty of Science, and the Faculty of Education and Social Work.
